Gotta Go boasts a broad product offering for contractor sites as well as
special events, but Lauren's strong customer service philosophy is what
sets Gotta Go above the competition.

"It's not about renting portable toilets, it's about selling service,"
Lauren said. "We don't just go set up a unit then take it down when the
event is over. It has to be serviced and serviced well."
