| Delivery Gotta-Go drivers are professional and courteous. They are well-trained and focused on their customer's needs. Delivery is prompt and accurate. Toilets can be delivered with a 24-hour notice but if you have an emergency, we are on-call for you. Please call our office at (601)-879-3969. For emergencies, we have a statewide pager. Cleaning and Servicing Delivering a toilet is just the beginning of our responsibility to you. Our toilets are cleaned, sanitized, and deodorized weekly or twice-weekly. Supplies are properly maintained. If you have an accidental turn-over due to bad weather, we will quickly respond to your emergency. If you realize you ordered too few toilets, we will promptly route our drivers to your location with additional units. Please call our office at (601)-879-3969. For emergencies, we have a statewide pager. The number is 601-952-7562. Billing Our monthly billing for contractors is designed to your advantage! We consider a month to begin when your unit is delivered. If your unit is delivered on the 15th of the month, your month of service is up on the 15th of the following month. We do not bill you for a full month if you only have the unit for a partial month. By the same token, if your job ends before your billing month is complete, we pro-rate your bill! Just another way Gotta-Go services you and contributes to your profits! You have an important job to do and it is not managing toilets. That is our job. Please give us the opportunity to prove our service to you!
